Maple Syrup Festival
BookSmart staff will accompany students throughout the festival, guiding them through exhibits, helping them engage with demonstrations, and facilitating learning connections to math, language, science, and social studies about how maple syrup is produced. Our maple syrup discoveries will come to life as students explore their learning through a fun reflection activity and photos.

Café Stop
We’ll conclude the afternoon with a supervised visit to the on-site café.
👉 Please send students with money if they would like to purchase snacks or treats.
Throughout the trip, BookSmart staff will provide hands-on educational guidance, facilitating discussions, encouraging critical thinking, connecting festival experiences to science and environmental concepts, and supporting students in actively engaging with what they observe and learn.
There may also be an opportunity for students to taste freshly made maple syrup right on-site. 🍁
